Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Books (Coming Together)
All digital book sales are final and non-refundable. For technical downloading or display issues, please contact info@amperosity.com within 7 days of purchase.
2. Date Night Experience
Non-refundable once a session has been initiated. Refund requests made within 72 hours of purchase (where the session has not been started) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis via info@amperosity.com.
3. Lovers Pass (Monthly Subscription)
The Lovers Pass is a monthly subscription. You will be billed monthly until you choose to cancel. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of the paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
4. Founding Flame (Annual Subscription)
The Founding Flame is an annual subscription billed annually until cancelled. We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. No refunds will be provided after 30 days, and access will continue through the end of the paid annual term.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your recurring subscription, you can log in at pay.ccbill.com, or email info@amperosity.com with your account email and a cancellation request. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact our support team before initiating any chargebacks. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Initiating chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent termination of your account and access to the Services.
