Welcome to Amperosity. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at amperosity.com, the Date Night experience, the Lovers Pass community, the Founding Flame membership, and any related digital content, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Amperosity LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
1. Adult Content & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements. The Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
3. The Services
Amperosity provides: Coming Together (digital book); Date Night (AI-guided couples’ experience); Lovers Pass (recurring membership); Founding Flame (premium annual tier); and related content. We may modify or discontinue any portion at any time.
4. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
5. Payment, Billing & Recurring Charges
Processed by CCBill, LLC. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and branding, including AMPEROSITY™, are property of Amperosity LLC. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license. You may not copy, resell, or use content to train AI systems.
7. User Conduct
Do not: violate any law; share account access; upload illegal or harassing content; use automated systems to access the Services; misrepresent your age or identity.
8. Community Standards
Mutual respect and confidentiality required. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
9. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement
Amperosity’s interactive experiences use artificial intelligence and do not depict real, identifiable individuals in sexually explicit conduct. To the extent compliance is required, records are maintained by Amperosity LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
10. Disclaimers
Services provided “as is.” Not a licensed therapy or medical service. Consult a qualified professional for relationship or mental health concerns.
11. Limitation of Liability
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid in the prior 12 months, or (b) $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Amperosity LLC from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by New Mexico law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA, Albuquerque). No jury trial or class action.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution provisions survive.
15. Changes
Material changes communicated by email or site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
